Many years on tough jobs, such as removing corrosion, preparing surfaces for coating and maintaining heavy equipment, have proved that SuperBlast® portables deliver exceptional value in the field. SuperBlast portables are available in three sizes with 3.5, 6.5 and 10.5 cu. ft. media capacities. All three models, designated as “350,” “650” and “1050” respectively, can be purchased with either 680 (pressure release) or 780 (pressure hold) remote control systems

Bulk Abrasive Blasting Systems

Clemco

Clemco offers an improved Bulk Blast Machine that outperforms every competitive unit in the market. Highlighting the newly designed Big Clem is a remarkably durable Pinch Valve Remote Control System. Automatic Pop-Up Valve for abrasive loading, Leaf Spring Axles that provide strength beyond the load capacity, and an optional Abrasive Cut Off System that permit operators to turn off the abrasive supply at the nozzle.

Big Clems are offered in three popular standard sizes: 60, 120 and 160 cubic feet. Each size is available as stationary, yard towable, and highway towable.

Nine models altogether, giving a choice to meet specific blast requirements. Superb quality features make the Clemco Big Clem unbeatable! Strong steel frame trailer, axles and wheels that are not duplicated by any competitive unit.

Ultimate in safety is offered through a normally-closed grit and air valve system, four wheel brakes, emergency breakaway switch on highway models and multiple tires based on weight loads.

High performance blasting is ensured through the engineered moisture separator/air manifold distribution plumbing that reduces pressure loss and allows full air flow to the nozzle. Top and bottom of tanks are fitted with semi-elliptical heads which allow more usable area for abrasive as compared to the standard flat dished heads of other brands. Bottom head shape guarantees more flow of abrasive by the elimination of dead space found on other competitive units. All Big Clems are constructed to the ASME codes for pressure vessels. The Big Clem offers a 12" x 16" manway located in the side of the tank shell to permit access to machines interior for cleaning or maintenance.

Clemco’s Big Clems incorporate the latest operator safety technology. The operator has complete control over air and abrasive flow with a fail-to-safe system initiated in an emergency by a “dead man” switch located at the nozzle. The operator can also cut off abrasive flow while maintaining air flow to permit blow off of blasted parts or work pieces.

Air Prep Systems

Clemco High Volume Compressed Air Coalescent Filter

Portable 800-cfm capacity Coalescent Filter removes water from the compressed air supply for multiple blast machines and other pneumatic tools requiring a dry, high-volume air supply. Two 6-inch wheels and a rigid handle allow one person to move the Coalescent Filter along a smooth, level surface. The filter has one outlet and a manual petcock to drain accumulated moisture.

The Coalescent Filter removes water, oil, and dirt particles down to 10 microns from the compressed air supply. It is designed for use with portable and stationary compressors and works in conjunction with a conventional particulate air filter installed at the blast machine inlet.
